Informationen zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten nach der DSGVO.

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur im erforderlichen Umfang und auf Grundlage der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen (DSGVO, BDSG). Personenbezogene Daten sind alle Daten, mit denen du persönlich identifiziert werden kannst.

3. Hosting

Unsere Website wird bei einem externen Dienstleister gehostet: [Name und Anschrift des Hosters]. Die erfassten Daten werden auf den Servern des Hosters gespeichert. Der Einsatz erfolgt zum Zweck einer sicheren, schnellen und zuverlässigen Bereitstellung auf Grundlage unseres berechtigten Interesses (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) ist mit dem Hoster abzuschließen.

4. Server-Log-Dateien

Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch Informationen in sog. Server-Log-Dateien gespeichert, die dein Browser übermittelt: Browsertyp und -version, verwendetes Betriebssystem, Referrer-URL, Hostname des zugreifenden Rechners, Uhrzeit der Serveranfrage und IP-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der technisch fehlerfreien Darstellung und Sicherheit).

5. Cookies

Diese Website verwendet, sofern eingesetzt, Cookies. Technisch notwendige Cookies werden auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO gespeichert. Für nicht notwendige Cookies (z. B. Statistik, Marketing) holen wir deine Einwilligung über ein Cookie-Banner ein (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 TDDDG).

6. Kontaktformular und E-Mail-Kontakt

Wenn du uns über das Anfrageformular im Store oder per E-Mail (office@gg-ltd.de) kontaktierst, verarbeiten wir deine Angaben (Name, E-Mail, ggf. Firma, Nachricht, gewähltes Paket) zur Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage. Technischer Hinweis: Das Formular öffnet dein eigenes E-Mail-Programm; die Daten werden als E-Mail an uns übermittelt und nicht serverseitig auf dieser Website gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) bzw. lit. f (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung).

7. Google Fonts

Diese Website nutzt zur einheitlichen Darstellung von Schriftarten sog. Google Fonts, bereitgestellt von Google. Beim Aufruf einer Seite lädt dein Browser die benötigten Schriftarten; dabei kann deine IP-Adresse an Server von Google übertragen werden. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Anbieter: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland.

8. Datenübermittlung in Drittländer (Hongkong)

Da der Verantwortliche seinen Sitz in Hongkong hat, können personenbezogene Daten außerhalb der EU/des EWR verarbeitet werden. Für ein Drittland ohne Angemessenheitsbeschluss erfolgt die Übermittlung nur auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien gemäß Art. 44 ff. DSGVO bzw. deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung.

9. Deine Rechte

Du hast jederzeit das Recht auf:

  • Auskunft über deine gespeicherten Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO),
  • Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16 DSGVO),
  • Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO),
  • Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO),
  • Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO),
  • Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung (Art. 21 DSGVO),
  • Widerruf erteilter Einwilligungen mit Wirkung für die Zukunft (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO).

10. Beschwerderecht bei der Aufsichtsbehörde

6. Contact form and email contact

If you contact us via the enquiry form in the store or by email (office@gg-ltd.de), we process your details (name, email, company if provided, message, selected package) to handle your enquiry. Technical note: the form opens your own email program; the data is transmitted to us as an email and is not stored on the server of this website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding).

7. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts, provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts; your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. 8. Data transfer to third countries (Hong Kong)

As the controller is based in Hong Kong, personal data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. For a third country without an adequacy decision, the transfer only takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses) or your explicit consent.
